guess what time i came home last night?
1am (!!!!).
yes... shop closed at 11. and we started racking up. clothes, hangers, tags were on the floor and we has to pick them up, hang them up and yes put them back to place. but that took like 1 hour plus to do it. ok, not as bad as for those who worked on friday. i heard, they went back at 1. which was even worse. hahaha.

everything was haywire man yesterday. the moment i moved to another table, the table that was ok earlier became like a hill already. these customers horrr. sometimes i wonder, why the hell they don't want to ask for help in looking for sizes when we are there; at the same table. they can just pull it out and make a whole mess out of it. they think we gonna scream at them ehh for asking? obviously not what. haha.

the fitting room queue was VERY long. the cashier's queue was VERY long. and the store was like 3/4 packed. yes, everywhere i go i must say excuse me. because there's no place to walk. walk a bit only, confirm bump into some people. HAHA.

and i think in terms of customer service yesterday, we are like 3 out of 10. lol.
because we had to so much things to do, we didn't greet people; we just left the customers to go into the fitting room themselves, leaving the hangers lying on the floor and many more. lols.
but the night was ok when the shop closed. suddenly everyone became so hyper. Yao and Feryani was like talking non-stop. and somehow made the dying people alive back. hahaha.
yesterday was a great company. (:
